      <![CDATA[My name is Luis Lopez. I wanted to share to the world one of my life’s
passions which is health &amp; fitness. I use to weigh 265 Lbs. I now
weigh 165 Lbs. I have lost 100 Lbs over the last 3 years. I changed my
eating habits and started training 5 to 6 days a week. It was not an
easy journey to change my old habits but it was a life style change I
would do over 100 times. I also love to run and started training about
a year ago to become an endurance athlete &amp; marathon runner. I started
off walking &amp; jogging around the block and next thing you know I
started running farther &amp; farther nonstop. I have run several charity
runs this year. I have completed this year a 5k, 15k, half marathon &amp;
in January 2010 my biggest challenge yet was the Disney Full Marathon
which to me was life changing. I would like to share to the world my
story &amp; hope to inspire and motivate you to want to live a healthy
lifestyle. Dedication, motivation &amp; inner strength will help you
accomplish &amp; overcome any obstacle. So join my group to see my eating
habits &amp; to learn some fitness routines &amp; follow me through my health
&amp; fitness goals. I will also follow you &amp; see you ladies &amp; gents set &amp;
accomplish your goals that will help you PRESERVE THE SEXY! I am still
learning new things when it comes to routines &amp; supplements and eating
habits so feel free to share &amp; teach me things as well because you can
